Mohan Singh
has upgraded his India Food and Spices Market, the area’s first market to carry a wide assortment of foods, spices and other products

It allows patrons to sample some popular as well as lesser-known light Indian dishes that can now be enjoyed on the premises as well
as for take-out.
In addition to the market, Mohan owns India Pavilion restaurant in Central Square.
He recently celebrated the restaurants 25 years in business and was presented with the key to Cambridge by Mayor Michael Sullivan.
